WASHINGTON — The National Right to Life Federal Political Action Committee and the federal SCCL PAC today endorsed Senator Darline Graham in the August 25 Republican runoff election for the U.S. Senate.

“Senator Darline Graham is 100% pro-life and has dedicated her life to serving those who are disadvantaged and most in need of protection,” said Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life. “From the beginning of her campaign, Senator Graham has clearly and consistently affirmed her pro-life convictions. She understands that protecting life means standing with both mothers and their unborn children.”

Senator Graham received a 100% rating on the National Right to Life candidate survey and has supported legislation to protect unborn children and assist women and families. Her record includes backing the SAVE Moms and Babies Act, the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act, the Pregnant Students’ Rights Act, the Forced Abortion Prevention and Accountability Act, and the More Opportunities for Moms to Succeed Act.

Senator Graham has backed legislation to protect babies who survive abortions, make the Hyde Amendment permanent, prevent federal funding of abortion overseas, safeguard women from forced abortions, and connect pregnant women and new mothers with adoption services, pregnancy centers, and other community resources.
